At present, we have two plants. Since the completion of the new plant in 2020, our plant covers an area of 55 acres and has an annual production value of 400 million. We have a comprehensive coverage of six production lines, including water glue, hot melt adhesive and oil glue self-adhesive products, with an annual output of 400 million units.
With a high degree of automation, we can automate production and process optimization through control and management systems. The fine control of the self-adhesive paper and film ensures uniformity and consistency throughout the silicone coating, gluing and slitting processes, ensuring the product's effectiveness.
We have our testing lab and advanced and complete inspection equipment to ensure the quality of our products.
We conduct a corresponding inspection after each process, and for the final products, we carry out a full inspection in accordance with customer requirements and international standards. At the same time, we have advanced and complete testing equipment in the industry: an X-ray silicon tester, universal material tensile strength machine, constant temperature and humidity machine, viscometer, adhesion testing machine, thickness gauge, and so on.
