Introduction

Gloss Silver BOPP (Polypropylene) is the cost-effective alternative to Silver PET for decorative applications. We produce this by vacuum-metalizing a BOPP film and applying a specialized Top Coat that allows UV inks to bond securely to the metallic surface.

This material creates a stunning "Mirror Chrome" effect. Designers often print opaque white ink under specific areas to block the metallic effect, while leaving other areas bare to shine, creating a multi-dimensional luxury look for a fraction of the cost of hot foil stamping.
