Introduction

75mic Synthetic Paper (Matt PP) is the perfect hybrid material. It combines the printability and matte texture of paper with the durability and waterproofing of polypropylene film. Unlike glossy films, this material has a distinct "satin" finish that feels premium and natural.

As a manufacturer, we produce this by extruding a mineral-filled PP film that mimics wood pulp texture. It is incredibly tough—impossible to tear by hand—making it ideal for applications where a paper label would rot or rip, but a glossy plastic label looks too "cheap" or shiny.
