Introduction

Gloss White PE (Polyethylene) is the "Flexible Expert" of the film family. While PP is stiff, PE is soft and pliable. As a manufacturer, we produce this specifically for Squeezable Containers.

If you apply a rigid label to a soft tube, it will wrinkle or pop off when the consumer squeezes it. Our 80-micron PE film stretches and recovers with the bottle. We treat the surface with a high-dyne Corona discharge (or Top Coating) to ensuring ink anchors securely even when the film is flexed.
