Introduction

Glossy Silver Aluminum Foil Paper (often called Metalized Paper) creates a premium metallic barrier effect. Unlike standard silver film, this material is composed of a micro-thin layer of aluminum vacuum-deposited onto a paper base.

This gives it a unique property: "Dead Fold" characteristics (it holds its shape when folded, unlike plastic which springs back). As a manufacturer, we apply a print-receptive top varnish that allows for excellent ink adhesion with Offset, Flexo, and Rotogravure presses, making it ideal for luxury food and beverage seals.
