Introduction

Wine Label Material is about shelf appeal and performance under wet conditions. We manufacture a range of premium textured papers (uncoated, cotton, linen, felt-marked) and films combined with specialized "Ice Bucket" adhesives.

Our factory understands that a wine bottle goes from a dry shelf to a wet ice bucket. Therefore, we use wet-strength face stocks that do not turn grey or wrinkle when wet, paired with a water-resistant acrylic adhesive (W76 grade) that prevents the label from sliding off the glass bottle when submerged in ice water.

    Material Structure

    Designed for premium finishing:

    3. Liner: Usually a thicker PET liner (30um) is used to support automatic dispensing without breaking.
