Introduction

Glassine Release Paper is the industry standard liner for roll-to-roll automatic labeling. Unlike Kraft paper, Glassine undergoes a rigorous "Super Calendering" process where the paper is pressed between heavy rollers under high pressure and heat. This densifies the fibers, creating a smooth, semi-transparent sheet.

As a manufacturer, we coat this dense base with a premium thermal-cured silicone system. The result is a liner with consistent thickness caliper—critical for precision die-cutting—and excellent translucency, ensuring optical sensors on high-speed labeling lines never miss a gap.
