When your variable data labels need to survive harsh conditions, "Eco" thermal isn't enough. You need our Top Coated (Premium) Direct Thermal Material. This grade features a specialized protective chemical layer applied over the thermal coating.

This "Top Coat" acts as a shield against the three enemies of thermal printing: Moisture, Oil/Grease, and Plasticizers. It also reduces friction on the print head. As a manufacturer, we recommend this for any application involving condensation (frozen food) or chemical exposure, ensuring the barcode remains scannable for the product's entire life.
